Eerie blue lights seen on the Boston Spirits Walking Tour
Guide Jim McCabe offers a warm and personal touch to his 90-minute walking tour of
downtown Boston's haunted locations. Mixing history, popular visitor attractions,
and well-researched folklore, this tour offers guests a chance to explore the eerie side
of after-dark Boston.
At the final stop on the tour, we saw visual anomalies while photographing them. (Example in photo, above.)
This was easily the high point on the tour, and it was so far above average, we were delighted to find this
location.

Preliminary reports from other ghost hunters suggest that this tour offers
some genuinely haunted locations. However, on our recent visit to New England, we
were not able to reach the tour manager by phone. We hope to review this tour, next time
we're in Massachusetts.

CEMETERY & HISTORY TOUR
Fascinating tour guides
lend wit & humor to a great tour of New Orlean's colorful--and sometimes haunted--history.
From Marie Laveau's grave to notes about the very eccentric history of the French
Quarter, this walking tour provides a great introduction to the area, and it's well
worth your time. When we bring someone to New Orleans for the first time, this is the first
tour that we recommend. Wear your walking shoes, you'll be seeing a lot!
NEW ORLEANS HAUNTED HISTORY GHOST TOUR
Don't leave New Orleans without taking this eerie tour, especially after dark.
Some of New Orleans' best tour guides--including author Kalila K. Smith--escort you through the streets and back alleys of
the French Quarter, and share real ghost stories and folklore that you won't hear anywhere else.
If you're in the Quarter to find ghosts, take this tour as soon as you arrive. You'll
discover where to get the best ghost photos, and have chilling encounters with the pirates,
murderers, and other colorful personalities who've lingered here after death.

Bonaventure Cemetery, from "The Book" Tour
A comfortable minibus and friendly guides make this a must-see tour if you're
in or near Savannah and you've enjoyed the book, Midnight in the Garden
of Good and Evil. In addition to the landmark sites and some great history,
ghosthunters will especially enjoy Bonaventure Cemetery with eerie hanging moss
lending a dramatic atmosphere to chilling tales of spirits that still walk among us.
INTERNATIONAL - UNITED KINGDOM
Mercat Tours, Edinburgh, Scotland - link
Bring your camera and a good dose of courage, as Mercat's personable guides
share Edinburgh's gruesome past and macabre humor on the city streets as well
as underground. This
tour concludes with a happy visit to a friendly pub, where guests can swap their
own impressions of a very rich tour.
