The Photographer Says:

This photo was taken on a cool, dry evening in New Orleans (April 2005). The subject is supposed to be one of Marie Laveau's homes, and we were standing across the street from it at about 9:30 at night. (Marie Laveau was "the Voodoo Queen" of New Orleans, and is largely responsible for the popularity of Voodoo around Louisiana.)

The orbs are real. I stood so that the car didn't reflect light at the camera. And, they vary too much from one photo to the other to be reflections anyway.

Those are real orbs at the eerie home of a famous woman whose stories still provide New Orleans with color. Hey, it's Marie Laveau's house; it would be scary if we didn't see ghost orbs around it.

The Skeptic Says:

Sorry, but the car could have been reflecting more than you realized. And, that larger orb in the right photo could be a bug as well, leaving just one possibly 'real' orb in each photo. It's probably a lens flare from the shiny car in the foreground. Even the antenna is reflecting light.

They aren't 'ghost orbs' but simple reflections from the car. Go back and try again when there isn't a car in the way.

And, verify that address. The house may be haunted, but it's probably not one of Marie Laveau's homes.
